Dov Shenkman
CEO and Founding Member
Dov Shenkman, former Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Medtronic, is the CEO and founding member of Atid Group. With more than three decades of executive experience spanning healthcare, retail, automotive, and industrial markets, Dov is recognized for orchestrating large-scale, end-to-end supply-chain transformations. At Medtronic, he led a multiyear overhaul of global planning, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment networks—boosting resilience, agility, and efficiency for one of the world’s largest medical-technology companies.

Before Medtronic, Dov served as Group Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where he modernized planning, distribution and last-mile capabilities across a 10,000-store network. Earlier in his career he held senior roles at General Motors, OfficeMax, Federal-Mogul, EDS/AT Kearney, and i2 Technologies, spearheading multi-billion-dollar logistics and operational-turnaround programs on five continents and cumulatively delivering billions of dollars in working capital optimization and hundreds of millions of dollars in top and bottom-line benefits.

Shenkman also contributes to the broader supply chain and operations community through advisory positions. He serves on Bain Advisor Network and the advisory boards of several organizations, including Cambridge Capital, FourKites, Algo, CB4, RelationalAI, 1TCC, Emerix Shopiggo and Amphorica, and held a leadership position on the Business Advisory Council at Northwestern University’s Transportation Center. Dov also served on the United States Department of Commerce –Advisory Committee on Supply Chain Competitiveness during two administrations.

Throughout his career, Shenkman has been recognized for his innovative and resourceful leadership, particularly in developing and executing turnaround strategies that yield high-impact results in manufacturing, retail, service, and distribution-oriented businesses with a global focus. He was recently recognized as one of the Top 10 Most Influential People in Supply Chain (2023) for his impact on operational innovation in healthcare and beyond.
